Barbie look

Sarah nie może przestać się opalać, ponieważ jej zdaniem dzięki temu może zbliżyć swój wygląd do ideału, czyli do wizerunku Barbie. Kobieta zaczęła chodzić na solarium, gdy miała jedynie 14 lat. Miała wtedy bardzo niskie poczucie własnej wartości. Zmieniło się to, gdy rozjaśniła sobie włosy, a jej skóra, dzięki regularnym wizytom w solarium, nabrała brązowego koloru.

Zaczęłam korzystać z solarium, gdy miała 14 lat, ale dużo intensywniej korzystała z niego, gdy miałam już 16-17 lat. Łatwiej było też wymknąć się z domu przed rodzicami - opowiedziała portalowi Dailymail.co.uk.
Czułam, że muszę być tą idealną, szczupłą i opaloną dziewczyną. Chciałam się dopasować i być fajna i popularna. Zanim urodziłam dzieci, wydawałam 500 dolarów miesięcznie na ubrania - tak ważne było dla mnie, żeby wyglądać świetnie przez cały czas.

Teraz Sarah jest fotomodelką. Jej wizerunek Barbie pomógł jej zdobyć pracę w Los Angeles i Nowym Jorku.
